Coached Scrimmage Clinic! (New Again!) Two teams, Two Coaches! One referee! (10 competitive weeks; $280) NEW!
It all comes down to execution; having a plan and learning as a group how to put that plan into a well functioning reality. At "Coached Scrimmage" we give you the plan and stay on you week after week, whether winning the scrimmages or losing, to read the defense, take care of the ball and execute more effectively. Defensively we challenge you to understand the impact you can have on the game when you dictate play. I mean you can sit back and react, but how does that make the world a better place? Let's learn how we can get the job done, and have fun doing it. (Open to hi-Novice through Advanced and limited to the first 18 players.) Click here to register!

Individual Offensive Skills Clinic (10 weeks; $240) (Totally New!!!)
Sure basketball is a team game and we harp on that all the time at NTL, but sometimes (in 5 on 5 maybe 20% of the time?) you have the ball in your hands and the "team game" can be enhanced by the individual skills you apply. Do the "Euro-step" to get deep into the lane and you draw additional defenders. Drawing additional defenders frees teammates and allows you to dish and your teammates to score. Team ball! Knock down a couple pull-up jumpers on the break and the opposition now needs to consider not sending so many players to the offensive glass - they need to get back! - you've made your team a better defensive rebounding team. Be a threat in the post - everyone can post someone up! - and the defense has to double-down; you then pass the ball back out. All that's left is telling your teammate "nice shot" and hearing that temammate say "nice pass"! It's a team game! Click here to register!

Beautiful Basics Skills & Scrimmage (10 weeks, $240) Click here to read reviews!
The Brazilians call their brand of soccer, "The Beautiful Game". Here at NTL, we call the process of studying, practicing, eating/sleeping/fully assimilating into bone marrow the fundamentals of basketball, "The Beautiful Basics". On Monday evenings in Park Slope join Coach Emeritus Steve Fagan in drilling the things that will have you worshipping the game (and get a great sweat while doing it!). Click here to register!

Intermediate/Advanced Skills & Scrimmage (10 weeks, $240) Click here to read reviews!
You are playing and you feel like you are definitely doing some things well. But there's that feeling, that knowledge that there exists a gap between you and the really good player, a gap that is not explained merely by size or athleticism. Coach Fagan knows well the difference between you and them and will show you how and what to practice to close the gap.
